How to use:
Squeeze the bag hard until the inner bag brakes and the liquid mixes with granules. Shake the bag, to speed up the mixing process. Place the bag on the affected part of the body.

Preservation:
Do not throw, squeeze or bump the bag. Keep ot of reach of the children. Keep on room temperature. Avoid freezing. Only for exterior use. Do not use on damaged skin.
