Summer Helmet Cover for Full-Cut Helmets is a mission-ready protective and concealment layer designed to keep your helmet in serviceable condition while reducing visual signature in green-season terrain. Tailored for Full-Cut (standard-cut) helmets, it adds durability, low profile, and functional mounting surfaces without interfering with the helmet system.

The cover protects the helmet shell from rain, mud, dust, and UV exposure. Field use causes constant abrasion and weather stress that can degrade helmet finishes and shorten service life. Acting as a sacrificial outer layer, the cover absorbs wear so the helmet retains its protective performance longer.

Concealment depends on both pattern and reflectivity. Built from Estonian digital camouflage fabric with a matte finish, the cover reduces glare from sunlight or artificial light sources, preventing the helmet from shining or standing out against the environment.

Functionality is integrated into the layout. Velcro panels on the sides, crown, and rear provide secure attachment points for IR markers, unit IDs, or other hook-backed accessories. Digital-camo elastic loops allow fast anchoring of natural camouflage or mission-specific add-ons without tape or improvised fixes. A Cat-Eye element on the rear improves friendly visibility in low light, supporting team movement control.

Mounting is fast and stable: an elasticated lower edge and internal Velcro tabs lock the cover between the helmet’s inner Velcro bases and padding. This keeps it secure through running, crawling, and vehicle operations, minimizing shifting or snagging.
