Product Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it within 28 days — that's double the EU standard of 14 days.

📋 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In its original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Returned within 28 days of delivery

🔄 How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@steelcore.ee with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Step 2: Ship the Product

Send your return to our warehouse in Tallinn. You have two options:

• Ship it yourself: Send the package to our Tallinn address (provided in return confirmation email)
• Request a return label: Contact our customer support (info@steelcore.ee) and we'll provide a return label for your convenience

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 24 hours. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

🇫🇮🇱🇻🇱🇹 Returns from Finland, Latvia & Lithuania

International returns work the same way:

1. Contact us to initiate your return
2. Ship the package to our Tallinn address via Posti, Omniva, or your preferred carrier
3. Refund processed within 24 hours of receiving the package

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges. Return the original item and we'll ship the replacement at no extra shipping cost to you.

🇪🇺 Your EU Consumer Rights

As an EU-based retailer, we comply with EU consumer protection regulations. You have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our 28-day policy extends this right to give you more time to decide.
