Helikon-Tex Levanter Jacket is a lightweight, waterproof shell engineered for unpredictable weather in the field. Designed as a fast-deploy outer layer, it delivers reliable protection against rain and wind while maintaining comfort and packability. The jacket’s DWR C0 coating repels water without harming the environment, while the internal PU layer (10,000 mm / 10,000 g/m²/24h) provides a solid balance of waterproofing and breathability for moderate outdoor activity.

Unlike a traditional hardshell, the Levanter focuses on simplicity and mobility. It’s lighter, more compact, and faster to deploy – ideal as an emergency rain shell or a just-in-case layer on unpredictable days. While a full-membrane jacket offers better performance in heavy and prolonged rain, the Levanter excels in agility, making it a perfect backup shell for tactical, hiking, or urban use.

The design features a practical 3/4-length zipper for quick donning and added ventilation, a large kangaroo-style pocket with dual zippers for storing essential gear, and an adjustable hood that fits securely around the head to block wind and moisture.
