The Warrior IFAK Pouch is a compact and MOLLE-compatible medical pouch designed for quick access to essential trauma gear, featuring a one-hand pull system, external storage for shears, and space for tourniquets or patches.
The Warrior IFAK Pouch is a compact and highly functional personal medical pouch designed to hold essential trauma gear such as Combat Gauze, a CAT tourniquet, and a trauma bandage. Medical shears can be securely placed at the rear for fast access, while an internal webbing strap allows you to elevate contents with one hand for seamless emergency access.
Additional MOLLE webbing on both sides enables the attachment of extra tourniquets or utility pouches. The Velcro panel on the lid allows for the placement of a first aid or identification patch. Occupying just 2 rows of MOLLE webbing, the IFAK pouch fits on any plate carrier, chest rig, or Warrior's PLB, Gunfighter, or Frag Belt.
