The UF PRO P-40 All-Terrain Gen.3 Pants are engineered as true all-rounders, built to perform across all activities, terrains, and seasons. Designed for professionals who demand durability without sacrificing mobility, these pants combine rugged materials, intelligent stretch, and modular protection into one highly adaptable platform.

Rugged flexibility for demanding movement

At the core of the P-40 Gen.3 is a carefully balanced material mix that delivers durability, breathability, and freedom of movement. The main PolyCo Ripstop fabric (67% polyester / 33% cotton) offers excellent breathability and fast drying, while schoeller®-dynamic stretch panels are placed exactly where the body bends and moves most, allowing the pants to follow every step, kneel, and sprint without restriction. High-wear zones are reinforced with CORDURA® fabric for superior abrasion resistance in harsh environments.

Modular knee protection, streamlined and effective

The pants feature external knee pockets designed for UF PRO’s modular protection system.

• The outer knee layer is reinforced with CORDURA® for abrasion resistance.

• You can upgrade with UF PRO 3D Knee Pads for impact protection or added cushioning during prolonged kneeling.

• For additional protection against sharp objects such as screws or needles, the 3D Knee Pads can be combined with UF PRO Solid Pads.

This modular setup allows you to tailor protection exactly to your mission.

Waist/Flex system: secure fit, zero distraction

UF PRO’s proprietary Waist/Flex System keeps the pants securely in place even during rapid, aggressive movement. Elastic stretch panels on the sides adapt automatically to your waist size, ensuring a smooth, custom fit with no bunching or pressure points. A cushioned 3D pad in the lower back stabilizes the pants and adds comfort by buffering between your body and belt. The system is compatible with the optional Waist/Flex Belt, which can also serve as an under-belt for holsters and load-bearing gear.

With 11 strategically placed pockets, the P-40 Gen.3 ensures that all essential gear is accessible and secure:

• 2× dual-access side pockets with internal compartments

• 2× CORDURA®-reinforced gear pockets with security flaps

• 2× hand pockets with CORDURA® reinforcement and stretch panels

• 1× safety pocket

• 2× CORDURA®-reinforced knife pockets

• 2× back pockets

Reinforced double belt loops further enhance durability when carrying equipment.

Ready for every season

The P-40 All-Terrain Gen.3 pants adapt easily to changing weather conditions. In cold environments, you can zip in the optional WINDSTOPPER® liner for added warmth. When temperatures rise, knee ventilation zippers can be opened to increase airflow and regulate body temperature.
