The Direct Action Skeletonized Plate Carrier Flap is one of the lightest modular flap solutions available, constructed from Cordura® 500D Nylon and compatible with BEARCAT® and SPITFIRE® plate carrier systems. Weighing just 45g, it provides a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS platform for attaching pouches and accessories, with optional conversion to a compact chest rig.

The Direct Action Skeletonized Plate Carrier Flap is engineered to be one of the lightest flap options on the market, weighing just 45g. Built from 100% Nylon Cordura® 500D, it attaches to compatible plate carriers via top buckles and provides a structured platform for modular pouch integration. It is compatible with the Direct Action BEARCAT® Ultralight Plate Carrier and SPITFIRE® system, and can be converted into a compact chest rig with the appropriate interface.
