Developed by M-Tac engineers in cooperation with the 3rd Assault Brigade, the Sturm Gen II Elite Plate Carrier embodies real combat experience and user-driven innovation. Proven on the battlefield, this armor cover has earned legendary status for its reliability, comfort, and adaptability in modern combat environments.

Crafted from Cordura® 500D, a material renowned for its superior strength and abrasion resistance, the Sturm Gen II Elite ensures long-term durability and structural integrity under extreme loads. The Laser Cut MOLLE system provides full modularity for attaching mission-essential pouches, medical kits, holsters, and utility gear. The extended cummerbund with four MOLLE slings expands carrying capacity while maintaining a stable, ergonomic fit.

The standout feature of this model is the Duraflex® quick-release system, positioned on the cummerbund. These premium Fastex buckles combine ease of use, light weight, and high load resistance, allowing the operator to don or remove the carrier in seconds — critical in combat or medical emergencies.

Designed for standard ESAPI (USA) ballistic plates — Medium (31.8 × 24.1 cm), Large (33.7 × 26 cm), and Extra Large (35.5 × 28 cm) — the vest includes adjustable internal elastic straps for precise plate fitting. The system can be further enhanced with the M-Tac Class 1 Soft Ballistic Package Kit, adding soft armor protection to the front, back, and cummerbund.

Inside, 3D mesh inserts and padded panels provide ventilation and comfort, ensuring optimal airflow during prolonged operations. A reinforced drag handle and rear MOLLE interface deliver tactical versatility, while the front AquaGuard zip pocket secures small items such as IDs or cards. The upper Velcro panel accommodates morale patches and MOLLE-compatible attachments.

The Sturm Gen II Elite can be expanded with additional modular components — including ballistic shoulder, throat, apron, and lumbar protection — creating a fully integrated personal defense system.
