The Agilite BuddyStrap™ Injured Personnel Carrier is designed for situations where an injured person must be moved quickly by a single rescuer without the bulk of traditional rescue equipment. Its purpose is to allow the carrier to evacuate a casualty while retaining greater freedom of movement and maintaining better access to hands, gear, and weapons compared to more traditional carry methods.

Originally developed for tier 1 special forces teams operating in small units behind enemy lines, the BuddyStrap™ is intended to solve the problem of moving injured personnel when bulky medevac gear is not practical. By reducing the burden of casualty transport to a compact packable system, it offers a practical option for users who need emergency movement capability without sacrificing valuable space in their equipment loadout.

Although developed for military use, the platform also has clear civilian applications. It can be used for carrying an injured hiker, a person with mobility issues, or a larger child, making it a practical preparedness tool for outdoor users, families, search and rescue volunteers, and emergency-minded civilians.

The BuddyStrap™ is designed to fit in any backpack and includes a plate carrier attachment kit for integration with tactical gear. Its compact packed dimensions and relatively low weight make it suitable for inclusion in hiking packs, bug out bags, vehicle kits, or operational loadouts where emergency casualty movement capability is considered essential.
