Profline Plate Carrier FERRI-K is a robust, mission-oriented plate carrier engineered to solve many of the comfort, fit, and modularity challenges found in modern body armor systems. Designed with side quick-release fasteners, FERRI-K allows rapid donning and doffing while remaining secure during high-intensity movement.
Comfort is a key strength of the system. The internal surfaces of the front and rear panels, as well as the inner sides of the shoulder straps, are padded with 7 mm Spacer mesh, effectively distributing the weight of ballistic plates and reducing pressure points. This ensures sustained comfort even when the carrier must be worn for multiple consecutive days. The carrier accepts standard-sized ballistic and fragmentation plates available on the market, in various thicknesses, allowing protection levels to be tailored to mission requirements.
The one-size design offers extensive adjustment in both length and width, ensuring an optimal fit for different body types and heights:
- Shoulder straps feature a flap-based adjustment system, allowing them to be lengthened or shortened and then securely fixed in place.
- Width adjustment is achieved through a universal wrap-around fastening system that closes under the front flap with hook-and-loop.
- At the rear, a hidden elastic cord adjustment system allows each user to fine-tune the fit while maintaining sufficient elasticity for dynamic movement and breathing under load.
Modular Load-Carrying System:
- Both the front and rear panels are equipped with a PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System), enabling the attachment of a wide range of mission-specific pouches and personal equipment. Additional hook-and-loop attachment points integrated into the front-mounted PALS webbing allow fast placement of ID panels, name tapes, and unit insignia.
- Under the front and rear flaps, users can securely attach hook-and-loop–mounted equipment such as medical pouches or utility bags, keeping essential gear protected yet easily accessible. Thanks to its universal MOLLE/PALS compatibility, the FERRI-K integrates seamlessly with accessories from Profline and many other manufacturers.

- The plate carrier is constructed from FOXDURA 500 PU Estonian camouflage print fabric with IRR treatment, composed of polyester/polyurethane (PA/PU).
