The Agilite K-Zero™ SF Plate Carrier is designed for users who need a modern plate carrier that balances comfort, modularity, and operational functionality without compromise. Developed around feedback from active combat and special operations use, it is built to support long-duration wear while maintaining a stable and adaptable structure for a wide range of mission profiles.

At the core of the system is the patented one-size-fits-all semi-rigid Micro Warfighter™ Cummerbund, which is designed to provide effective load-bearing support while still offering stretch for improved comfort and movement. This helps the carrier remain secure under load without becoming overly restrictive during extended use.

The K-Zero™ SF includes two Duraflex™ side quick-release buckles and one Duraflex™ shoulder buckle, allowing fast donning and doffing as well as configuration for different operational requirements, including maritime-oriented setups. Its patented front design also allows easy switching between hook-and-loop flaps, quick-release buckles, or direct plate carrier attachment depending on mission needs and user preference.

Broad compatibility is a major part of the platform. The carrier supports both MOLLE and placard systems, includes a full right- and left-handed cable management kit, and is compatible with all Agilite plate carrier attachments. An integrated zip admin pocket adds practical storage, while removable shoulder pads allow the user to configure the carrier for either a lower-profile setup or greater comfort under heavier loads.

For heat management and comfort during training or operational use, the inner plate bags feature vented heat-release zones designed to wick away sweat. A reinforced drag handle adds further field utility, while the overall material package combines 500D CORDURA® Mil Spec Tactical Nylon, CURV® thermoplastic composite material, laser-cut Squadron™ laminate, laser-cut Velcro® MOLLE overlay panels, integral closed-cell comfort foam, and proprietary Mil Spec hardware for a durable and purpose-built construction.
