These are not downsized men’s pants — they are a dedicated field solution designed to deliver full mobility, high durability, and mission-ready storage for service use, training, and demanding outdoor work.
The main fabric is a lightweight yet rugged RIPSTOP (185 g/m²) blend of 55% Cordura HT polyamide and 45% cotton. Cordura fibers provide exceptional abrasion and tear resistance, while cotton improves breathability and comfort for long wear. The trousers dry quickly, ventilate well, and withstand heavy field friction (abrasion resistance over 150,000 cycles). The fabric also features no melt, no drip properties, offering primary flame resistance for safer work around heat and sparks.
Mobility is reinforced through both material choice and construction. The rear seat panel uses a 4-way stretch technical RIPSTOP fabric (polyamide/elastane 260 g/m²), enabling natural movement in the most critical zone. Squatting, sprinting, climbing, or sitting in gear stays comfortable and stable, without pulling or binding under load.
The knees are built for work. Pre-shaped knee sections are double-layered for durability, and hook-and-loop access openings allow insertion of padding or reinforcements (knee pads not included). The pants are compatible with Profline knee pads 4027 and gel-filled knee pads, letting you tailor protection to the mission.
Waist stability matters under equipment. The waistband is adjustable with hook-and-loop and elastic, so you can fine-tune fit for layering and comfort. Wide belt loops keep your belt secure even with holsters, pouches, or duty loadouts. The front closes with a YKK zipper and button for a clean, reliable setup.
Storage follows field logic. Deep angled front pockets with lightweight mesh liners reduce bulk and improve drying. The thighs carry large bellows cargo pockets with double flaps, webbing retention, and button closure — secure, yet quick to access on the move. A dedicated large lower-leg pocket on the left side closes with a flap and hook-and-loop, ideal for compact EDC, medical items, or tools that you want separated from main cargo.
At the cuffs, elastic tightening and a boot-lace hook keep the leg stable around footwear, improving comfort and preventing snagging in snow, mud, brush, or urban debris.
